What it takes to export it
- Sworn Declaration of Foreign Sale (DJVE, Law 21,453) registered with the Agricultural Markets Undersecretariat. For goods on the phase-down schedule (soybeans, corn), the duty follows the start of the DJVE shipment period (Decree 423/2026, art. 2). - SENASA phytosanitary export certificate (CERT-POV), when required by the destination, based on the importing plant-protection authority’s official requirements.
